Absolutely slammed by critics at the time, Vanishing Point nevertheless went on to be loved and revered by the people that count, the fans that couldn't get enough of its groundbreaking driving sequences. Today we have had so many great car chase scenes and in the case of the Fast & Furious films, entire genres built on them, but in 1971 only Bullit had truly wowed us (The French Connection was still a few months away) like this. Radio DJ Super Soul ensured that the soundtrack was a belter too, chockfull of obscure soul and cuts - and that is where our inspiration for this Vanishing Point T-shirt design comes from.
