When you record something as culturally significant as "At Folsom Prison" then it takes serious balls to try the same trick again. Most people would think "hell, I'm not going to top that"and move on but not Johnny Cash. Just 2 years after performing at the maximum security Folsom Prison, he decides to try the death row option of San Quentin. The result was equally spectacular with the the double take of the track San Quentin and the seminal A Boy Named Sue as stand-out performances. So here's our Johnny Cash at San Quentin T-shirt in honour of the man in black & one of his greatest performances.
