Ritchie Blackmore may well divide opinion on a personal level and even his closest friend is unlikely to describe him as an "easy character". But put aside Blackmore's lack of Dave Grohl's charisma, and you still have one of the greatest rock guitarists EVER. Where would heavy rock and metal be without him today? Whether in Deep Purple or Rainbow, Blackmore's style and sound was immense and much of that was down to his set up and the tone he got out of his traditional valve amps. So while we all know what he actually used, we just loved the idea of Ritchie Blackmore releasing his own range of amps - so we put that idea on a Ritchie Blackmore T-shirt
