SHIPPING / POST COSTS

NOTHING!! WORLDWIDE shipping is now FREE.  No catch. PO Boxes are fine, as are military service addresses. However, we DO NOT ship to some countries (Russia, Israel, most of Asia, anywhere in Africa etc) it is nothing personal, it is purely about the reliability of delivery in your country. Sorry, but if you live there, then you will know what we mean.

 

DISPATCH

We dispatch from BOTH the UK and USA. 

UK, Europe and Australian order dispatch from the UK.

All USA and Canadian orders dispatch from mainland USA (Michigan to be exact), so no more delays, customs charges etc.

 

TRACKING

ALL orders to all destinations are now sent by tracked services. The tracking number is sent to you when the order is dispatched - so please check your junk/spam.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

We print and post every day Monday to Friday. 99% of orders go in the post next working day. We print off the day's orders to print around 8:30am so if an order is in before then, then it will go that day. If you order after 8:30am on Friday through to 8:30am on Monday, then it won't go in the post until Monday. Hope that makes sense.

UK Customers - 3 to 7 days. Royal Mail 1st Class - TRACKED

European Customers - 7 to 14 working days. Airmail - TRACKED

USA Customers - 3 to 7 working days - USPS TRACKED

Rest of the World Customers - 10 to 21 days - TRACKED

These are guide times only. More often than not the stuff gets there even quicker. But sometimes, for reasons totally out of our control, they can take a little longer. So if nothing has arrived as quickly as you expected, then don't panic. Then, and I hate to sound obvious but, please check that it hasn't gone to a neighbour or that the postie didn't put a missed delivery card through your letterbox. After that, then get in touch, but please remember that it isn't us that personally delivers your stuff. We don't have our own fleet of drones or carrier pigeons. Getting shirty or rude because of a national postal service over which we have no control won't magically make us be able to find and hand deliver your order.

 

RETURNS

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your t-shirt, just click here to download our returns form, fill it in and return it along with the unworn t-shirt within 30 days of receipt and we will sort out the rest. See, nice n' easy.

Please note that you are not legally obliged to explain the reason for the return, however, it is very helpful to us to know.

You can return it to England, USA or Australia - whichever is closest.

IMPORTANT - YES, ACTUALLY VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE PAY ATTENTION...

DO NOT (as in don’t do it) use Parcelforce UK to return anything to us. They do not deliver to PO Boxes so it won’t get to us and then you’ll get all upset when we don’t send a replacement because we haven’t received your return. So please, don’t use Parcelforce. 

 

YOUR RIGHTS

Just to reiterate, legally you have just 7 days to return any item bought online, however, we are happy to give you 90 days (YES... 3 months!) to return stuff. Obviously, it needs to be unworn and with the tags attached. You can also cancel before dispatch for any reason. IMPORTANT

DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK TO US BY VIA A SIGNED FOR SERVICE (SUCH AS REGISTERED OR RECORDED POST) OUR RETURN ADDRESS IS A PO BOX AND SO CAN'T TAKE ANYTHING NEEDING A SIGNATURE.

RETURN POSTAGE PAYMENT

In cases of faulty goods then please contact us for a free returns shipping label. However, the postage costs of all returns in the case of a change of mind or an incorrectly ordered item will be the responsibility of the customer.
