Patrick Swayze as cool as you like in that 80s kinda way. Cleaning up the Double Deuce with his mullet flowing majestically. Calming swathes of fighting knife-wielding rednecks with his unique blend of Zen and sweet Segal-esque moves and cutting a dash in his Cuban heels one minute, then ripping people's throats out, stitching himself together and romancing the local doctor with a little help from Otis Redding the next. But for all Dalton's swagger, it was Jeff Healey that stole the show. Without the Road House soundtrack, the movie is another "oh, yeah, I loved that in the 80s", but with Healey it reaches a whole new level (or at least it does for me)
