LOCK STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS inspired Samoan Joes

Quite possibly the most 90s English movie made. Brit Pop, Loaded, geezers, shooters, the kid from Press Gang (who turned out not to be American. Who knew?), prentend hardmen (Vinnie Jones - a better actor than footballer? Again, who knew?), proper hardmen, cameos, 60s styling, middle class actors pretending to be working class, the rise of celebrity poker, a pre-Madonna Guy Ritchie showing us he could make decent films... Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels had it all and it still stands up today. I even saw it at the cinema in the US where it had subtitles. But it is it's forwarning of the gentrification of the East End that inspired the T-shirt here. "It's a Samoan Pub". love it.
