Freebird and Sweet Home Alabama are the bog hitters that tend to get the cheers ringing out loudest, but for many Skynyrd fans (especially us) it is Simple Man that gives the biggest slice of what the band were all about. Pure Southern Rock N Roll at it's finest. Lynyrd Skynyrd's début, might not be totally perfect, but hell, it's dam close and when my day comes the first thing I'm doing is looking out RVZ and knocking back a bottle of whiskey with the man.
