The album Johnny The Fox sits (unfairly) rather uncomfortably in the Thin Lizzy canon.  As a (very) loose concept album it was always going to be a product very much of it's time; and if you throw in the disharmony caused by "musical differences" between Phil Lynott and Brian Robertson and  it was always likely to be less revered in comparison to the stone cold classic albums that came immediately before (Jailbreak) and after (Bad Reputation). Pah, what does history know? Listening to it now, Johnny The Fox is still turned out to be a belter. Don't Believe A Word, Borderline and of course Johnny The Fox Meets Jimmy The Weed are superb tracks and it with the eponymous Johnny The Fox that we draw inspiration for this T-shirt design. The idea of Voodoo Rhythm Devils always intrigued me. We have no idea what Phil Lynott had in mind when he came up with them, but we like to think they were his secret Cuban jam band side project... So that's what we've re-imagined them as here.
